在房屋改造工程中,经常会碰到要求提高现有多孔板楼面承载力的问题。如将现有办公用房多孔板楼面改为商业用房楼面或仓库用房楼面等等。现介绍一种经实践证明成功且便捷的提高多孔板楼面承载力的方法。 多孔板的孔壁最薄处通常2cm左右,因此,切开孔壁比较容易,若在孔槽内配筋,并与面层一起浇筑混凝土,即可达到提高多孔板楼面承载力的目的。这种方法可称为密助法,具体做法见图1所
In the housing renovation project, there is often a problem that requires increasing the bearing capacity of the existing porous floor.
