目的探讨前牙金属烤瓷固定修复的临床疗效。方法给予340例前牙金属烤瓷固定修复,并对其修复体成败情况进行分析。结果对其随访2年,成功的310例,占91.2%,较差的18例,占5.3%,失败的12例,占3.5%。其中,牙龈炎、金属线外漏8例,占2.4%,咬合痛7例,占2.1%,修复体脱落8例,占2.4%,崩瓷5例,占1.5%,基牙松动现象1例,占0.3%。结论给予前牙金属烤瓷固定修复成功率高,是临床上理想的固定修复方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fixed fixation of anterior teeth porcelain. Methods 340 cases of anterior teeth metal porcelain were fixed and repaired, and the success or failure of the prosthesis was analyzed. Results The follow-up of 2 years, 310 cases were successful, accounting for 91.2%, 18 cases of poor, accounting for 5.3%, 12 cases failed, accounting for 3.5%. Conclusion The high success rate of fixation and restoration of anterior teeth metal porcelain is a clinically ideal method of fixation and repair.
