新课程在我区全面实施后,作为小学语文 教研员,我深入各种类型的学校,先后听了许 多教师的语文课,其中既有青年教师的,也有 中老年教师的,既有偏远农村的,也有中心城 区的,同时也听了一些用老教材实施新理念的 课。随着听课数量的增加,笔者越来越强烈地 感觉到,一些教师在具体的课堂教学实践中, 存在着明显的误区和偏差,主要是没有正确地 把握好各种事物间的辩证关系。这些误区和偏 差的存在,很大程度上影响了新课程理念的真 正落实,也影响语文教学质量的提高。因而,我 以为眼下应重新把握和审视以下七大关系。
After the new curriculum was fully implemented in our district, as a primary Chinese language teaching and research staff member, I went to all kinds of schools and listened to the language lessons of many teachers. Among them, young teachers and middle-aged teachers, both in remote rural areas , But also the central city, but also heard some of the old teaching materials to implement the new concept of the class. With the increase of the number of lectures, I feel more and more strongly that some teachers have obvious mistakes and deviations in the practice of classroom teaching, mainly because they fail to correctly grasp the dialectical relationship among various things. The existence of these errors and deviations has greatly affected the real implementation of the new curriculum concept, but also affected the improvement of Chinese teaching quality. Therefore, I think that now we should regain and examine the following seven relations.
