文献资源建设的质量及其管理、利用水平是一个国家图书馆事业存在、发展的基础和形成核心竞争力的内核。探讨从确立一组新的观念、制定一个新的指导方针和落实若干战略措施,来优化网络环境下的文献资源建设工作。
The quality of literature resources construction and its management and utilization level are the foundation of the existence and development of a national library and the core of forming a core competence. The paper explores how to optimize the construction of documentary resources under the network environment from establishing a new set of concepts, formulating a new guideline and implementing some strategic measures.
