Health and anti-epidemic agencies have long been regarded as child-only welfare full-fledged health units. However, at the initial stage of socialism, the country’s lack of health resources and insufficient fee for welfare services cannot meet the funds required for the heavy tasks of the health and epidemic prevention agencies. In economically developed regions, head-to-head fees and business expenses are basically sufficient for supply and demand, and the development of health and anti-epidemic services is faster, and work can be done better. The vast majority of regions cannot meet the needs of the development of health and epidemic prevention, and health and epidemic prevention stations have become increasingly poor. How to strengthen the self-development ability of the health and anti-epidemic agencies and lengthen this short-term line is an important issue discussed in the current health industry.
