1.本文通过太仓县医院卫生人力计划的实例研究,在综合国内外有关卫生人力计划研究的基础上,对微观卫生人力计划在方法上提出一些新的见解,较为系统地提出了微观卫生人力计划的方法模式。以供卫生人力计划者参考使用。
