以4年生的芦笋(Asparagus officinalis)UC157品种为试材。取长15cm嫩茎切成0.5cm的茎段在MS+NAA0.05mg/L(单位下同)+KT0.1培养基上诱导不定芽,并继代培养形成无根芽丛。从无根芽丛上切取1.5~2cm长茎段接种于附加不同浓度的蔗糖、Ca、B、矮壮素(CCC)和环-磷酸腺苷(C-AMP)培养基中生根。结果(表1)表明:(1)提高蔗糖浓度到70g/L时,生根率达80%,对照为44.4%;降低蔗糖浓度为10g/
Four-year old Asparagus officinalis varieties UC157 were used as materials. Adventitious buds were induced on MS + NAA0.05mg / L (the same below) + KT0.1 medium with stems of 15cm length cut into 0.5cm and subcultured to form rootless buds.
