荷兰国际财政文献局“调和与折衷:一般反避税规则的发展”税收讲座在上海举办

2013年4月9日,荷兰国际财政文献局在上海举办了名为“调和与折衷:一般反避税规则的发展”的税收讲座。演讲人分别为英国牛津大学教授、牛津大学商业税收研究中心法律研究主任Judith Freedman和国家税务总局国际税务司副司长廖体忠。来自国家税务总局、全国多所大学、税务师事务所的40多位专家学者受邀参加了此次讲座。

On April 9, 2013, the Dutch Bureau of International Finance and Documentation held a tax seminar in Shanghai entitled “Harmony and Compromise: The Development of General Anti-avoidance Rules”. The speakers were Professor at Oxford University, Judith Freedman, Director of Legal Studies at the Business Taxation Research Center, University of Oxford, and Liao Tizhong, Deputy Director, International Taxation Division, State Administration of Taxation. More than 40 experts and scholars from the State Administration of Taxation, universities and taxation offices across the country were invited to attend the seminar.
