切断和切槽加工长期处于后进状态,随着硬质合金可转位刀片(多为涂层)的应用,才得到较大的发展。如今的切断和切槽刀具,不仅技术上已成熟,而且品种规格也相当齐全,广泛适用于不同切口宽度的切断或切槽加工。由于刀具生产厂能够提供各种几何形状和参数的这类刀具,特别是其多样化的成屑(或卷或断屑)槽,使得用户能够针对不同的具体加工对象进行优化选择。本文主要介绍自紧式切断(槽)刀具的典型结构原理应用及其民发展现状
