最近,我们给外单位加工一批转向轴(图1),数量比较多,由于转向轴外径尺寸大于我单位现有的分度头内孔直径,所以,铣削90°齿槽困难。为此,采用了加工一个精度较高,孔数和铣削齿槽数相等的分度盘和支架,利用现有的V型铁等主要件组合成夹具(图2),较好地解决了转向轴90°齿槽的加工问题。实践证明,效果很好。现介绍如下:一、夹具各部位作用1.分度盘用三个螺钉固定在工件上,从而实现等分90°齿槽。2.支架和定位销起定转角作用。3.V型铁用来导向,使其齿槽与轴向平行、角度铣
