这是继“在M8312型凸轮轴磨床上<凸轮靠模的一次反靠及其互换>试验”一文(1979年第1期)的续篇。本文仍以“瞬时速度中心”的概念,导出了凸轮靠模型面的计算公式和方法。为满足广大用户和读者的要求,特提供了全部公式的推导过程,并以CA10B汽车发动机凸轮轴的配气凸轮为例进行了实际运算。结果表明,这套计算方法简便准确,对一般凸轮轴磨床具有较大的通用性。
This is the sequel to the “Test of a Counter-Interchange with Interchangeable Cam Cam on M8312 Camshaft Grinder” (No. 1, 1979). In this paper, the concept of “instantaneous velocity center” is still used to derive the calculation formula and method of cam cam surface. In order to meet the requirements of the majority of users and readers, special provides the derivation of all formulas, and the CA10B car engine camshaft cam as an example for actual calculations. The results show that the calculation method is simple and accurate, and has great versatility for general camshaft grinding machines.
