提高林果业对全省 GDP 和农民增收的两个贡献率。我省现阶段林业的主要矛盾是急剧增长的生态需求与落后的林业生产力之间的矛盾。在坚持生态优先的基础上,必须大力发挥林业的多种效益,实现林业生态建设与产业发展的良性互动和协调发展,更好地满足社会对林业的多种需求。省林业局管理与服务的范围涵盖林、果、桑、花,涉及一、二、三产业。林业建设注定要在解决我省“三农”问题中发挥重要作
Increase the contribution rate of forestry and fruit industry to the province’s GDP and peasants’ income. The main contradiction of forestry in our province at this stage is the contradiction between the sharply increasing ecological demand and the backward forestry productivity.
