对于国企投资,我们抱有更大的耐心,愿意通过更长时间的合作来最大化增强企业的能力新一轮国企改革的大幕已经拉开。上海国资作为国企改革的排头兵,吸引了国内几乎所有一线专业投资机构的关注和参与。昆吾九鼎投资管理有限公司(“九鼎投资”)是近年来国内非常活跃的PE(即私募股权机构)。九鼎投资的创始人之一蔡雷先生3月下旬就国企改革、混合所有制等话题接受《上海国资》采访。
