目的:探讨不同口腔修复材料的摩擦性能,为临床应用提供依据。方法:取2011年2月至2014年2月我院收治的110例口腔修复患者为研究对象,共123颗牙齿需要修复。术后进行3个月的回访,回顾性分期其临床诊疗资料。结果:金属组口腔修复成功率为90.24%;陶瓷组口腔修复成功率为87.80%;树脂组口腔修复成功率为90.24%。三者两者比较,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。结论:不同类型的口腔修复材料其摩擦性能均较好,各具其独有优势和劣势,因而术者在口腔修复前,应当根据患者口腔问题,选择合适的口腔修复材料,充分发挥其效用,提升口腔修复的成功率。
Objective: To investigate the frictional properties of different dental restoration materials and provide the basis for clinical application. Methods: From February 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital 110 cases of oral repair patients for the study, a total of 123 teeth need to be repaired. After 3 months of follow-up, retrospective clinical staging information. Results: The success rate of dental restoration in metal group was 90.24%. The successful rate of dental restoration in ceramic group was 87.80%. The success rate of oral restoration in resin group was 90.24%. The three were compared, P> 0.05, not statistically significant. Conclusion: Different types of dental prosthetic materials have better frictional properties, each with its own unique advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, before the dental prosthesis is repaired, the surgeon should select the appropriate dental prosthetic materials according to the patient’s oral problems and give full play to its effectiveness. Improve the success rate of oral repair.
