餐饮服务与管理是理论和实践相互结合的课程,注重学生知识和技能的同步发展。为了提高餐饮服务与管理课程的教学效率,促进学生的全面发展,初步探析了餐饮服务与管理的教学方法。
Catering service and management is a combination of theory and practice courses, pay attention to the simultaneous development of student knowledge and skills. In order to improve teaching efficiency of catering service and management courses and promote students’ all-round development, the teaching methods of catering service and management are preliminarily analyzed.
