采用全细胞膜片钳技术,以豚鼠单个心肌细胞钾通道电流为指标,观察硒对正常及ISO致损心室肌细胞延迟外向钾电流的影响。结果表明,硒对正常心室肌细胞外向钾电流影响不明显,但可抑制异丙肾上腺素引起的延迟外向钾电流增加。使Ikstep 从(2933±161)pA降至(1694±176)pA,Iktail从(1210±153)pA降至(796±209)pA。提示硒具有抗异丙肾上腺素损伤效应,对心室肌细胞起到一定的保护作用。
Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to determine the effect of selenium on delayed outward potassium currents in normal and ISO-induced ventricular myocytes. The results showed that selenium had no obvious effect on outward potassium current of normal ventricular myocytes, but inhibited the increase of delayed outward potassium current induced by isoproterenol. Ikstep decreased from (2933 ± 161) pA to (1694 ± 176) pA and Iktail decreased from (1210 ± 153) pA to (796 ± 209) pA. Tip selenium has anti-isoproterenol injury effect on ventricular myocytes play a protective effect.
