本实验以DNA合成抑制(DNA Synthesis inhibition,DSI)为指标研究了人参茎叶总皂甙(SSLG)和西洋参茎叶总皂甙(SSLQ)对环磷酰胺(CP)所致BALB/c.OLa小鼠睾丸和脾脏DNA损伤的影响。结果表明,SSLG和SSLQ均有非常明显的抗DNA损伤作用。作者根据本实验结果和其它有关的文献.讨论了SSLG和SSLQ抗DNA损伤的机理和意义。
In this experiment, DNA synthesis inhibition (DSI) was used as an index to study the effect of ginseng stem and leaf total saponin (SSLG) and American ginseng stem and leaf total saponin (SSLQ) on cyclophosphamide (CP)-induced BALB/c.OLa mice. Testicular and splenic DNA damage. The results show that both SSLG and SSLQ have very significant anti-DNA damage effects. The authors discussed the mechanism and significance of anti-DNA damage in SSLG and SSLQ based on the experimental results and other relevant literature.
