新闻院校作为培养高素质新闻人才的第一块基地,担负着21世纪为中国新闻传媒输送大批高素质、高质量新闻人才的艰巨任务。然而,现行的新闻教育存在许多与新闻人才培养不相适应的地方,除了在教育内容、专业设置、课程体系建设及教学设备投入等方面有较大差距外,教育观念落后,教学方法呆板,重知识灌输,轻素质教育、思维训练及创新精神的培养,也是重要方面之一。本文着重从更新教育观念,改变单纯知识灌输;加强语言训练,改变语言表达;贴近大学生的心理特点,择取不同教学方法等方面作一些浅论。
