目的:评价我院实施《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》(下称《规范》)后门急诊处方的综合质量。方法:按时间顺序抽取实施《规范》前后门急诊西药处方各3000张。逐一审查,并填写自行设计的处方点评工作表,对存在问题进行统计分析。结果:实施《规范》后,处方合理率由78.2%提高到90.6%;不规范书写处方由419张降至207张;不合理用药的处方由235张降至75张。药品通用名使用率提高,抗菌药使用率明显降低,注射药物使用率略有下降。结论:实施《规范》点评处方后,门急诊西药处方综合质量明显提高。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the comprehensive quality of prescriptions for outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital after implementing the “Management Regulations of Hospital Prescription Reviews (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”). Methods: According to chronological order to implement the “norms” before and after the emergency department of western medicine prescriptions 3000 each. Review them one by one and fill in the self-designed prescription review worksheet to conduct a statistical analysis of the existing problems. Results: After the implementation of the Code, the reasonable rate of prescription increased from 78.2% to 90.6%; the number of non-standard prescriptions decreased from 419 to 207; and the number of irrational prescriptions dropped from 235 to 75. Drug generic name usage increased, the use of antibacterials significantly reduced the use of injectable drugs decreased slightly. Conclusion: After the implementation of the “standardized” prescriptions, the comprehensive quality of prescribing western medicine significantly increased.
