目的:分析药师解答患者咨询的有关药品不良反应的典型案例,提高药师咨询能力,保障患者用药安全。方法:分析药师解答的5例药品不良反应,和给提出用药建议的案例。结果:药师咨询能够及早帮助患者分析原因,将不良反应的危害降到最低,避免药源性疾病的发生。结论:咨询药师在药品不良反应防范中发挥着重要作用,对咨询案例分析可以提升药师服务的技能,增强药师成就感和职业价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the typical cases of pharmacological adverse reactions of pharmacists in answering patients ’counseling and to improve pharmacist counseling ability to ensure the safety of patients’ medication. METHODS: Five cases of adverse drug reactions were analyzed by pharmacists, and the case recommendations for the proposed medication were given. Results: The pharmacist consultation can help patients to analyze the causes as soon as possible, minimize the harm of adverse reactions and avoid the occurrence of drug-induced diseases. Conclusion: Consultation pharmacists play an important role in the prevention of adverse drug reactions. Consulting case studies can enhance the skills of pharmacists and enhance the sense of accomplishment and professionalism of pharmacists.
