目的:了解住院患者降糖药的应用情况。方法:采用金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)等指标,对本院2010年1～10月住院患者降糖药的相关指标统计、分析,抽查该时间段部分病历对用药情况进行分析。结果:预混胰岛素占胰岛素销售金额的75.16%,在口服降糖药的使用中,葡萄糖苷酶抑制药DDDs最高。医生存在用进口或合资药物的习惯。结论:本院抗糖尿病药物应用基本合理,用药符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2007年版)》要求。
Objective: To understand the application of hypoglycemic agents in hospitalized patients. Methods: The indexes of the amount of hypoglycemic agents in inpatients from January to October in 2010 were statistically analyzed and analyzed by the methods of amount of money, frequency of medication (DDDs) and daily dose of DDC Medication situation analysis. Results: Pre-mixed insulin accounted for 75.16% of the sales amount of insulin, and the use of oral hypoglycemic agents showed the highest DDDs of glucosidase inhibitors. Doctors have the habit of using imported or joint-equity drugs. Conclusion: The antidiabetic drugs in our hospital are basically rational, and the medication conforms to the requirements of Guide for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2007 Edition).
