在祖国西南边陲的云岭上,屹立着“万紫千红花不谢,冬暖夏爽四季春”的春城昆明。 春城有个昆明铁路分局昆明客运段,所值乘的旅客列车在近两年中,“安全服务上水平,人客车貌大变样”,广为社会赞扬。仅在今年一至九月份就获旅客表扬信39.8万件,比去年全年获旅客表扬24万件还多15.8万件。尤其是京昆61/62次列车崭新的人客车貌、一流服务颇受中外旅客高度赞扬。因此,今年6月27日,昆明客运段与京昆列车分别被铁道部首批命名“全路先进安全优质客运段”、“全路安全优质标准车。”
