目的 检测细胞凋亡和PCNA的表达与卵巢癌发生、发展的关系。方法 本实验应用免疫组化技术及原位末端标记法(TVNE)对50例卵巢癌石蜡包埋组织进行检测。结果 细胞凋亡与PCNA的表达与卵巢癌的发生发展有一定关系。结论 细胞凋亡与PCNA表达二指标的比值可做为判定卵巢癌予后的一项可靠指标。
Objective To detect the relationship between the apoptosis and the expression of PCNA and the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Methods In this study, 50 cases of ovarian cancer paraffin-embedded tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ end labeling (TVNE). Results Apoptosis and PCNA expression correlated with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Conclusions The ratio of apoptotic index to PCNA expression index can be used as a reliable indicator to judge the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
