近年来,计划生育工作不断深入落实,已婚育龄妇女宫内节约器(以下简写IuD)放置人数逐年增多,因此放置IuD致月经过多患者也有所增加。IuD致月经过多与子宫内膜前列腺素合成增加有关。应用消炎痛类前列腺素合成酶抑制剂能减少出血。现将临床应用疗效报告如下:
