目的:探讨Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌中表达状况。方法:收集子宫颈活检及手术标本118例,其中正常鳞状上皮14例,CIN25例,宫颈鳞癌79例。采用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测CyclinD1和CDK4蛋白的表达情况。结果:Cyclin D1和CDK4在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞癌的中表达水平存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在宫颈鳞癌发生过程中伴有Cyclin D1和CDK4表达水平的增高,检测其含量改变有助于宫颈鳞癌诊断。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in normal cervical epithelium, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 118 cases of cervical biopsies and surgical specimens were collected, including 14 cases of normal squamous epithelium, 25 cases of CIN and 79 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 protein. Results: The expressions of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in normal cervical epithelium, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma were significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between cervical squamous cell carcinoma with different degrees of differentiation (P> 0.05). Conclusions: The expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is increased during cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which is helpful to the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
