China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) hasput the west section of the second west-east gaspipeline into operation,following gas from the CentralAsia transmitted into Urumqi in Xinjiang region.CNPC announced January 1st,2010.Construction on the west section of the secondwest-east gas pipeline was started in February 2008.The second west-east gas pipeline is divided intotwo sections with a boundary in Zhongwei of Ningxia China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) hasput the west section of the second west-east gas pipeline into operation, the following gas from the Central Asia transmitted into Urumqi in Xinjiang region.CNPC announced January 1st, 2010.Construction on the west section of the secondwest-east gas pipeline was started in February 2008.
