东平湖滞洪区修筑时未能按水库挡水土坝要求进行勘探、设计和施工,导致坝身质量较差,基础未经处理,抗渗能力差,渗水严重。本文在分析研究东平湖西围坝工程地质条件的基础上,对加固方案进行了探讨和研究。
During the construction of the Dongping Lake detention basin, the exploration, design and construction failed to be carried out as required by the dam retaining dam, resulting in poor quality of the dam body, untreated foundation, poor impermeability and serious water seepage. Based on the analysis of the engineering geological conditions of the Xipingu dam in Dongping Lake, the reinforcement scheme is discussed and studied.
