整项工程将为酒店339间客房和套间其中331间换上新貌，展现半岛华丽奢侈的独有演绎，为每位客人提供舒适、高雅与个人化的住宿体验。所有客房及套间的控制面板，皆备有11种语言显示，轻触面板即可轻松控制客房所有设施；房间内提供免费长途及国际VOIP电话以及WIFI无线网络。纽约知名室内设计公司Bill Rooney Studio， Inc.受委托负责构思全新客房概念，规划出富当代格调及大都会气息的室内风格，与地处芝城枢纽地段的芝加哥半岛酒店相辉映。
