在核时代层出不穷的核战略理论中,毛泽东核战略思想可谓独树一帜、独领风骚。毛泽东对核领域一切问题的思考都建立在辩证唯物主义的基础之上,有着坚实的认识论基础,这主要表现在五个方面:着眼“人与武器”的辩证关系深刻认识核武器,着眼“战争与和平”的辩证关系深刻认识核战争,着眼国家安全坚决发展中国的核力量,着眼世界和平庄严承诺不首先使用核武器,着眼人类未来主张全面彻底核裁军。
