解放思想是邓小平理论的精髓和灵魂,是中国国有企业发展和走向强大必须坚持的一大法宝。国有企业在国家经济和社会发展中始终处于十分重要的地位。国有企业只有坚持解放思想,才能将改革进行到底。在发展社会主义市场经济和深化国有企业改革的实践中,要自觉地坚持解放思想,用邓小平的解放思想作为指导方针。本文将试论述自1978年以来在邓小平解放思想指导下国企的四次改革之路,每次改革都坚持解放思想;其次将论述在如今全球化的背景下,邓小平的解放思想仍具有重大的现实指导意义,它指引着国企改革方向,指导着国企面对激烈的内外竞争环境,该如何提高竞争力,不断创新,走出一条中国特色的国企发展之路,使之与社会主义市场经济完美契合,使之做强做大。
