自从1937年将叙利亚金黄地鼠(以下简称金黄地鼠)用作实验动物以来,鉴于其自发瘤的发生率低,主要用来检验药物的致癌作用.从1958年起才用于实验性肺癌的研究.近年来的报道指出,不同地区的金黄地鼠自发瘤的发生率、分布、潜伏期和肿瘤形态等,明显不同. 由于实验动物发生自发瘤和其它疾病,常常可以影响实验结果.因此我们在实验性肺癌的研究过程中,为了判明所用金黄地鼠呼吸系统的自发瘤和非肿瘤性疾病的发生率,对1,000例金黄地鼠的呼吸系统进行了检查.现将观察结果报道如下.
