劳动力作为社会主义市场经济条件下的商品形式，决定了劳动者取得报酬的方式只能是按劳动力价值分配。按劳动力价值分配是商品关系普遍化的必然结果；按劳动力价值分配是以市场为中介的分配，它应遵循等价交换原则；在现阶段我们要进一步解放思想，走出分配方式上姓“资”姓“社”的误区，实行按劳动力价值分配。
As a form of commodity under the conditions of a socialist market economy, the labor force determines that workers’ remuneration can only be distributed according to the value of the labor force. Distribution according to the labor force is the inevitable result of the universalization of the commodity relations. Distribution according to the labor force is based on market-based distribution. It should follow the principle of equal exchange. At this stage we must further emancipate the mind and go beyond the capital “ Surname ”community" misunderstanding, the implementation of distribution according to the value of labor.
