烧结机的生产能力因冷烧结混合料烧结时下层水蒸汽的再冷凝而减少。采用烧结混合料预热工艺后,由于预热的混合料温度高于露点温度,从而抑制了水蒸汽的再冷凝。比菜(BHILAI)钢厂第二烧结厂的蒸汽预热系统装在圆筒造球机之前的混合料槽内。通过工业性试验,研究了烧结混合料温度对粒化程度、烧结机速度和烧结矿质量的影响。在烧结混合料温度提高到52℃时,粒化率提高了5.0%,烧结机的平均生产率提高了4.0%,单位固体燃料消耗降低了5.0%,烧结矿落下强度提高了2.0%。当粉矿(-1毫米粒级)的含量和单位生石灰消耗都较高时,预热的效果尤为显著。
The capacity of the sintering machine is reduced by the recondensation of the lower water vapor during the sintering of the cold-sintered mixture. After the preheating process with the sintering mixture, since the temperature of the preheated mixture is higher than the dew point temperature, the re-condensation of the water vapor is suppressed. The steam preheating system at BHILAI’s Second Sintering Plant is installed in the mixing tank before the cylinder pelletizer. Through industrial experiments, the effects of sintering temperature on granulation degree, sintering machine speed and sinter quality were studied. Increasing the sintering temperature to 52 ° C increased the pelletizing rate by 5.0%, the average sintering machine productivity by 4.0%, the unit solid fuel consumption by 5.0% and the sintering ore drop strength by 2.0%. The effect of preheating is especially pronounced when both the content of fines (-1 mm grain size) and unit lime consumption are high.
