发生双侧腮腺粘液表皮样癌者较少见,今将我院收治1例报告如下: 患者,女,38岁。住院号140090。因左耳前无痛性包块3年余,于1980年5月3日入院。3年前偶然发现左耳前黄豆大肿物,逐渐增大至核桃样大,无任何不适。于1980年5月12日在局麻下行保留面神经的腮腺全叶及肿瘤切除术。病理报告:左腮腺区粘液表皮样癌,低度恶性。10年后即1990年10月31日,该患者又在右耳垂下发现蚕豆样大,无痛性肿块,再次住院。体检:发育营养良好,全身浅表淋巴结及锁骨上淋
Occurrence of bilateral salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma is rare. One case reported in our hospital is as follows: The patient, female, is 38 years old. Hospital number 140090.
