观察了 GGT、ATPase、G6Pase 在 AFB_1致大鼠肝癌短期体内实验模型中 AHF 和结节内的表达情况。结果显示,在 AHF 和结节内以 GGT、ATPase 组合表型的灶数及灶面积发生率最高,分别为48. 95%和61. 44%。单独 G6Pase 者最低,分别为0. 2%及0. 38%。各单项酶变异灶中,GGT 阳性表达而 ATPase 及 G6Pase 阴性表达的百分率分别为73. 22%、78. 64%及5. 12%。而 GGT 或(和) ATPase 发生率高达99. 80%。提示,应用 GGT和 ATPase 二种酶几乎可以完全反映本实验模型中 AHF 和结节发生情况,而 G6Pase 在本模型中应用价值不大。
The expression of GGT, ATPase, and G6Pase in AHF 1 -induced rat liver cancer in a short-term in vivo experimental model of AHF and nodules was observed. The results showed that the incidence of foci and foci with GGT and ATPase combined phenotypes in AHF and nodules was the highest, which was 48. 95% and 61. 44%, respectively. G6Pase alone was the lowest, respectively 0.2% and 0.38%. The percentage of positive expression of GGT but negative expression of ATPase and G6Pase was 73.22%, 78.64% and 5.12%, respectively, in each enzyme mutation. The incidence of GGT or (and) ATPase was as high as 99.80%. It is suggested that the application of GGT and ATPase can almost completely reflect the occurrence of AHF and nodule in this experimental model, while G6Pase has little application value in this model.
