在胸部肿瘤(肺癌、食管癌、乳腺癌等)的放疗过程中,影响治疗顺利进行的最主要原因就是放射性心肌损伤的问题。多少年来人们一直在这方面进行不断地探索,但迄今仍无令人满意的治疗手段。丹参作为活血化瘀药物,在心肌保护方面已进行了广泛的研究和应用,但其是否具有减轻放射性心肌损伤的作用,国内外文献尚未见报导。本实验应用电子显微镜技术及生物体视学定量分析等方法,从细胞生物学水平观察了丹参制剂对分次照射所致放射性心肌损伤的防护作用,并初步探讨了其作用机理。
In the course of radiotherapy of thoracic tumors (lung cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, etc.), the most important factor affecting the smooth progress of treatment is the problem of radioactive myocardial injury. For many years people have been constantly exploring in this area, but so far there is still no satisfactory treatment. Salvia miltiorrhiza as a drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has been extensively studied and applied in myocardial protection, but whether it has the effect of reducing radioactive myocardial injury has not been reported at home and abroad. In this experiment, electron microscopy and quantitative bioassay methods were used to observe the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation on radioactive myocardial injury induced by fractional irradiation from the cell biology level, and its mechanism of action was preliminarily explored.
