5—Br—PADAP即2—(5—溴—毗啶偶氮)—5一二乙氨基萘酚,于pH9.2—10.2的硼砂—氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中与稀土离子反应生成不溶于水的紫色螯合物,加入非离子表面活性剂TritonX—100(聚氧乙稀异辛基苯基醚)可使该螯合物增溶.镧的螯合物的最大吸收在550nm 处,镧系中从(钅巿)至钬的螯合物最大吸收在580nm,从铒至镥包括钇的螯合物的最大吸收在576nm 处.螯合物的颜色稳定至少四小时,其摩尔吸光系数在1.02—1.26×10~5之间.钇在0—0.41ppm,其它稀土元素在0—0.81ppm 浓度范围内遵循比耳定律.本文还报告了其他离子对钇的分光光度测量的影响.加入NaHCO_3可隐蔽镧和(钅巿)的显色反应,而其他稀土元素的显色反应不受影响.本报告提出了镧或(和)(钅巿)中钇的分光光度测定的新方法.
