西宁市纳家山林场紧紧抓住实施西部大开发战略的机遇,积极与驻地武警部队开展警民共建生态林活动,声势大,进度快、效果好。目前,已完成人工造林1200多亩,栽植各类苗木30多万株,整地800多亩。 纳家山林场总面积5000余亩,平均海拔2400米,林场沟壑纵横,地形复杂,土壤贫瘠,缺水干旱,造林难度大,成活率低。为了绿化荒山,他们确立了“立足抓水,宜林则林,多方动员,综合开发”的指导思想,从解决林地用水,建设电灌站这一最突出的问题入手,加快林业基础设施建设。 1998年初,纳家山林场和驻地武警部队开展了共建生态林活
