采用化学沉淀法制备出粒径约80nm的等轴状SrSO4粉体。选用ZrO2(3mol%Y2O3)-20wt%Al2O3(TZ3Y20A)陶瓷为基体,采用热压烧结法制备出TZ3Y20A-SrSO4陶瓷基复合材料,并对复合材料的组织结构和力学性能进行了研究。采用球盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机测定复合材料从室温到800℃的摩擦学性能。TZ3Y20A-SrSO4复合材料在室温至800℃范围内摩擦系数在0.31~0.42之间,磨损率为10-5mm3/Nm数量级。加入SrSO4后复合材料的磨损表面形成了一层润滑膜,有效地改善了其高温摩擦磨损性能。
The equiaxed SrSO4 powder with a diameter of about 80nm was prepared by chemical precipitation. The ceramic matrix composites TZ3Y20A-SrSO4 were prepared by hot-pressing sintering method using ZrO2 (3mol% Y2O3) -20wt% Al2O3 (TZ3Y20A) as the matrix. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were also studied. The tribological properties of the composites from room temperature to 800 ℃ were measured by a ball-type high temperature friction and wear tester. The friction coefficient of TZ3Y20A-SrSO4 composite range from 0.31 to 0.42 at room temperature to 800 ℃, the wear rate is on the order of 10-5mm3 / Nm. After the addition of SrSO4, the wear surface of the composite forms a lubricating film, which effectively improves its high temperature friction and wear properties.
