一、问题的提出“健康第一”是教育工作落实科学发展观的重要体现,是以人为本、促进人的全面发展的内在要求。国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要指出,加强特色普通高中的建设,推进普通高中特色的多样化发展。我校作为上海市艺术教育特色学校之一,我校的学生除了面对高考之外,还要面临美术的统考,学业负担更加繁重,学生的体质健康状况更加不容忽视。二、研究对象与方法1、研究对象:从我校高一到高三3个年级
