随着民营企业的快速发展,民营企业已然在经济社会发展中占有举足轻重的地位,企业文化创新的必要性也日益呈现。目前,我市的民营企业具有家族式和规模小的具体特点,所以我市民营企业的企业文化存在着家族文化成为企业文化、重视和认识上存在不足和偏差、内容形式缺乏特色、资金投入不足等问题。所以提高民营企业家的个人素质、强化以人为本的意识、注重学习型组织培养、确立长久发展的公司理念成为民营企业企业文化创新的有效途径。
