目的探究胃癌患者围手术期的护理。方法对患者的病情进行全面且准确的评估,对患者进行术前护理包括心理指导、营养护理、术前准备及术中、术后护理措施。结果对胃癌患者采取手术治疗,可使得手术并发症的发生和手术风险率得到降低,手术成功率得到提高。结论胃癌患者手术成功的重要保障是在围手术期对患者采取全面而科学的护理措施,可使得患者的生活质量得到提高,患者生命得到延长,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of gastric cancer patients. Methods A comprehensive and accurate assessment of the patient’s condition was carried out. Preoperative care of patients including psychological guidance, nutritional care, preoperative preparation and intraoperative and postoperative care measures. Results Surgical treatment of patients with gastric cancer can make the occurrence of surgical complications and surgical risk rate is reduced, the success rate of surgery has been improved. Conclusion The important guarantee for successful operation of gastric cancer patients is to take comprehensive and scientific nursing measures during perioperative period, which can improve the quality of life, prolong the life of patients and promote the early recovery of patients.
