刘爱民博士,现为中交天津港湾工程研究院有限公司副总工程师、支部书记、教授级高工,水运工程建设技术与标准专家,拥有国家注册岩土工程师、注册咨询工程师、一级建造师、交通运输部水运工程结构专业和地基专业检测工程师等执业资格,现主要从事软土地基加固技术研究和相关标准规范的编写工作。
Dr. Liu Aimin is currently the deputy chief engineer, branch secretary, professor-level senior engineer and expert in waterway construction technology and standards of Tianjin Research Institute of Tianjin Port Engineering Co., Ltd. He has national registered geotechnical engineer, registered consulting engineer, first-level construction division, Ministry of Transport of shipping structure of professional and ground-based professional testing engineers and other qualifications, is mainly engaged in soft ground reinforcement technology research and related standards and norms of preparation.
