党委办公室是各级党委的“参谋部”、“管理部”和“后勤部”,担负着承上启下、协调各方的重要职能。办公室服务工作的水平,直接影响着党委工作的大局和党委机关的形象。党委办公室人员只有在思想上与时俱进,跟上党委的节拍,体现时代的要求,才能适应新形势的需要,为本级党委提供高效优质服务。具体讲,就是要强化五种意识,即服务意识、创新意识、人本意识、精品意识和效率意识。
Party committees and offices are the “staff officers”, “management departments” and “logistics departments” of party committees at all levels, and assume the important function of connecting and coordinating all parties. The level of office service work directly affects the overall work of party committees and the image of party committees. Only by keeping pace with the times in the ideology and upholding the rhythm of party committees and reflecting the requirements of the times can party personnel in party offices adapt to the needs of the new situation and provide efficient and high-quality services to party committees at the corresponding level. Specifically, it is necessary to strengthen the five kinds of awareness, that is, service awareness, innovation, humanism, quality awareness and efficiency awareness.
