对某工程超高大跨模板支撑体系的主梁及板底立杆内力进行了现场实测。结果分析表明:混凝土浇注到荷载分担区域立杆才会出现较大内力响应;采用泵送方式浇注混凝土对模板支撑体系既有水平冲击力,也有竖向冲击力;立杆的轴力不是沿高度均匀分布的,但按现行规范采用区域荷载计算法计算各立杆内力仍是安全的;水平杆和剪刀撑有调节各立杆内力的作用,整个支撑体系是整体受力的结构;泵送工艺及浇注路径都可能诱发水平荷载,使立杆上下两端轴力差别较大,对高大模板支撑体系产生不利影响。根据分析结果,对高大模板扣件式钢管支撑体系的设计计算和工程控制提出改进意见。
The actual measurement of the internal force of the main beam and the bottom pole of the ultra-high-span long-span support system of a project has been carried out in the field. The results show that there is a large internal force response when the concrete is poured into the pole of the load-sharing area. The pumped concrete has both horizontal and vertical impact force on the formwork support system. The axial force of the pole is not along the height But it is still safe to calculate the internal force of each vertical post according to the current norms. The horizontal post and the scissors post adjust the internal force of each vertical post. The whole supporting system is the overall force-bearing structure. The pumping technology And the pouring path may induce horizontal load, so that the difference between the upper and lower ends of the vertical shaft force is large, which adversely affects the tall formwork support system. Based on the analysis results, some suggestions are put forward to improve the design calculation and engineering control of tall steel plate fastener system.
