目的 探讨老年人II型糖尿病药物低血糖发作的相关因素。方法 回顾分析了49例老年人II型糖尿病药物性低血糖发作与下列因素有关:(1)忽视老年人的生理特点和个体情况,常规应用格列本脲。(2)临床实践中未严格执行糖尿病的诊断标准和治疗原则。(3)对有肝肾功能不良、血糖监测困难的特殊患者血糖控制过严。(4)热量摄入不足或用药与进餐不匹配。(5)胰岛素过量。结论 忽视老年人的生理特点和个体差异用药是导致老年人II型糖尿病药物性低血糖发作的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the related factors of hypoglycemic episodes in type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly. Methods Retrospective analysis of 49 elderly patients with type II diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic episodes related to the following factors: (1) ignore the physiological characteristics of the elderly and individual circumstances, the conventional application of glyburide. (2) The clinical diagnostic criteria and principles of diabetes are not strictly enforced. (3) for patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, blood glucose monitoring difficult special patients with severe glycemic control. (4) lack of caloric intake or medication and meal does not match. (5) insulin overdose. Conclusion Ignoring the physiological characteristics of the elderly and individual differences in medication is the main factor leading to the onset of drug-induced hypoglycaemia in the elderly.
