目的:评价双苓止泻口服治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:114例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成双苓止泻口服液组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.4%和87.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:双苓止泻口服液治疗小儿秋季腹泻见效快,疗效肯定,不良反应少。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Shuangling Zhixie oral in treating pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods: One hundred and fourteen children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the treatment group (control group). Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.4% and 87.0%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shuangling Zhixie Oral Liquid is effective in treating infantile autumn diarrhea with definite curative effect and few adverse reactions.
