完善的社会保障制度对促进我国经济和社会协调发展具有十分重要的意义。在努力建设一个统一、完善、规范的社会主义社会保障体系过程中,不得不正视现行社会保障体制中存在的诸多问题,这些问题的存在影响了我国的社会保障作用的发挥,阻碍了和谐社会的建设进程。深入分析了中国社会保障制度现存的这些问题,并针对这些问题结合我国的具体国情对完善中国社会保障制度提出了建议。
