In recent years, I have often heard some complaints: “The enthusiasm of students to learn is getting lower and higher.” “A question is given three times, and the student’s differentiation is becoming more and more serious.” Why are teachers so tired and the effect is not satisfactory? How far are we from effective teaching? I began to consciously reflect on my teaching.
