南通文峰大世界,一个诞生仅年余的商界“新星”,频频取得令同行刮目的经营业绩,在南通商界产生了强劲冲击波。文峰大世界系由江苏文峰集团投资兴建的大型百货商城,总建筑面积6万平方米,营业面积3万平方米。因其“出身”不是正统商业门庭,故有“异军”之称。这支“异军”上至总经理下至普通员工,几乎是清一色的商业“门外汉”,90%以上的中层管理人员和营业员没有从商经商的经验。然而,“门外汉”在过去的一年中却创下了销售额3.1亿元,人均销售32.68万元,利润2300万元的辉煌硕果,综合经济效益位居南通商界榜首,并且荣膺“全国用户满意工程先进企业”称号,成为获此殊荣的全国七家大型百货商企之一。
